A.      Authorize the Board President to Sign Two Letters of Engagement with Johnson & Associates to Perform a Financial Audit for Fiscal Year 2019/2020 in the Amount Not to Exceed $8,000 and Prepare the 2019/2020 Annual Special Districts Financial Transaction Report in the Amount Not to Exceed $1,200.00
